This issue could be caused by the Mini-PC not properly booting when powering on the printer. 

Step1) Remove plastic wire plug from the left side of the base to expose the internal PC drive

 

 

 

Step 2) Using a small pen or tool, press and hold down the power button for 5 seconds then release. If this does not resolve your issue please reach out to our support team at support@cellink.com for more assistance.
