CELLINK LAMININK+ is designed for cells that require laminin. Laminin is an extracellularmatrix protein found predominantly within the basal lamina of many tissues. Laminin is characterized by its cross-like foundational structure. Laminin has three domains; alpha, beta and gamma. Fifteen laminin trimers exist, and each combination serves a different role. CELLINK LAMININK+ blends several laminin-trimer types. CELLINK LAMININK+ maintains the universal CELLINK bioink’s excellent printability and ease of crosslinking.
CELLINK LAMININK+ is a great starting point for culturing many cell types. Our laminin blend maximizes cell viability. Compared to other heterogenous matrices, the laminin’s xenographic source enables better control over the matrix environment.
