If your Inkredible(+) is not responsive to commands such as Home Axis or Calibrate Z (under Manual Control) from Heartware, as seen below. 


If the issue persists, correct check if there is an SD card inserted into the Inkredible(+) and try reconnecting. If there is no SD card inserted or this did not fix the issue, check if the "Auto" port is selected, by going into "Printer Settings".
