Sometimes this can happen due to the placement of the object, and lack of support structure. Most often this issue can be solved by rotating the placement of the object in the X or Y axis.
To do this you can go to HeartWare and click on the Rotate button as seen below.
Then rotate the structure by typing in the desired angle in the desired axis.
