To establish direct contact with your computer, we utilize TeamViewer which allows us to see and control your computer remotely. This will help us get your 3D bioprinting to work as soon as possible.
1. Please download TeamViewer by going into https://www.teamviewer.com/en/download/windows/ as shown below.
2. Double click the downloaded extension file "TeamViewer_Setup.exe". The next pop up screen(s) will ask for succeeding setup(s), and for this reason, please feel free to follow the configuration below and click "Accept - finish".
3. If the system asks, "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?", please feel free to click the "Yes" button.
4. After Step 3, the program will commence to install the TeamViewer as shown below.
5. After the successful installation, the TeamViewer pop up screen shall pop up as shown below.
6. After TeamViewer has been installed, your ID and Password are going to appear on the left side of the window. Please send this information to your support technician by email. For further queries, please feel free to email us at support@cellink.com
