Please check the port you are connected to under the printer settings on HeartWare matches the port which the printer is currently connected to the PC under. To check the port your printer is connected to, go to Device Manager or Devices and Printers.
If the port number is correct, but the printer is still unresponsive, please open the Printer settings tab. Under Port, change the drop-down selection from COM# to Auto. When finished, click Apply and then Ok.
If you are able to connect but the commands don't seem to work, make sure you have "Disabled SD print" under the "utilities" menu of your bioprinter.
