It is likely that the temperature was not set to 0 when preparing the print file during slicing. Setting the temperature to 0 disables the temperature feature. To fix this:
- Open up the STL file in Heartware.
- Navigate to the Slicer tab and select Configuration:
3. Under the Filament Settings tab, check that:
- The extrusion temperature is set to 0 for both first layer and other layers.
- The bed temperature is set to 0 for both first layer and other layers.
