Please try to confirm if the nozzle is clogged by doing the following:


  1. Remove the cartridge(s) from the printhead(s) without removing the air pressure hose.
  2. Remove the nozzle and replace it with a new one of the same type
  3. Carefully place the cartridge(s) back into the printhead(s)
